Terms of Service

Last updated 31 August 2026. These terms govern use of this website and, where a proposal is signed, our project work.

Who we are

London Website Agency Ltd (“we”) operates https://www.londonwebsiteagency.co.uk. Studio address: 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. Contact: hello@londonwebsiteagency.co.uk / +44 7308 506421.

Website use

You may browse this site for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to interrupt service, scrape in a way that degrades the site, or misuse forms. Content is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy project case studies or copy as if it were your own agency’s work.

Enquiries and proposals

A form submission is a request for information, not a contract. A contract starts when both parties sign a written proposal (or accept it in writing) stating scope, fee, and timeline. Prices on this website are starting guides and exclude VAT unless stated.

Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate content, brand assets, and timely feedback. Delays in content pause the timeline. You confirm you have the rights to materials you supply.

Fees and cancellation

Unless the proposal says otherwise, 50% is due to start and 50% before launch. Either party may cancel in writing. Work completed is payable. Deposit is non-refundable once design has begun, except where we are in material breach.

Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the custom design and content created for you. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio unless a written NDA forbids it. Third-party tools, fonts and stock remain under their licences. Our component libraries and internal tools stay ours.

Warranties and liability

We build with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee search rankings. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. Our aggregate liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for that project in the preceding 12 months.

Governing law

England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
